The European directive 2007/66Ce, which was adopted into Italian legislation in 2010, has totally changed the organisational procedures and management relative to the field of public procurement disputes. The legislation is intended to drastically affect violations on competition by altering both the establishment phase of the contract and dispute settlements and remedies.
Public Procurement courses consider possible methods of implementation of the European directive 2007/66Ce into Italy. Particular reference is made to changes in the Public Contracts code (Legislative Decree 163/2006) and the special rite introduced for contracts introduced by Articles 12 and following the new administrative process code (Legislative Decree 104/2010).
