The online course is tailored to the requirements of the competition, the material taught includes: documentation, tutorials, tests and educational assistance by teachers.

The training program provides:

  • Exercises and practice tests designed to develop professional skills in daily work management: analysis and troubleshooting, calendar organisation and material preparation, quality and accuracy in the workplace
  • Exercises for the development of IT skills

As the assessment will take place in the second language of the candidate, the course is administered and managed in the English language.

Although the course is designed in response to requests for training for participation in European competitions, it is also a useful tool for those who wish to work as secretariats in international organisations or multinational corporations. The skills required by EPSO/AST are relevant to a number of similar positions in other sectors.
